Founder & Owner
Founder, Gary Rack, is devoted to crafting opportunities for families to create memories through extraordinary food and wine. With a culture of hard work, dedication, and integrity, Gary is on a mission to establish a group of restaurants that will transform conventional neighborhood dining and is now expanding his vision beyond South Florida.
Director of Culinary
Having won Chopped eight times and making many appearances on the Food Network and various other TV cooking shows, Demetrio Zavala is a culinary force to be reckoned with. Originally from the D.C. restaurant industry, with experience working under famous chefs in New York, he has started focusing more on farm-to-table, and now grows his own vegetables that he uses in his award-winning recipes.
Justin Stevenson Director of Operations
Justin has spent more than 20 years in the food & beverage industry working to grow several concepts throughout his career. In 2017 he found his home with the Gary Rack’s Restaurant Group where he’s worked to develop a family approach to his team and guest. Working alongside Gary Rack and Chef Demetrio Zavala they have turned Rack’s Restaurants into a one of a kind dining experience for everyone to enjoy.
